Users with an active support agreement with us are entitled to the following services:

*Access to the Knowledge Base on this site.
*Direct technical support with our team for the life of the Agreement.
*Software updates to your version of the application from our FTP site.
*24x7 Emergency Support.

The Paradigm Technical Support team is available from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, except holidays. After hours technical support is available by calling the number listed below and selecting the after hours extension to be connected directly to the after hours technician’s cell phone.
