Registered users of Paradigm products with valid
licenses are entitled to Standard Support which
includes:
 | Access to the
Knowledge Base on this site. We recommend
this as the first place to look for answers.

 | No-charge direct technical
support via Phone for the lifetime of the
product for the specific licensed copy of the
product purchased. We'll provide assistance with
questions regarding installation problems, the
functionality of our products, programming
issues, product usage issues or explanation of
error messages.

 | Updates are available from the
Paradigm Web site. |
 | Upgrades within major version number are
included. |
Please Note:
- For issues that fall outside of the scope of
our Standard Support Services plan, such as
help with 3rd party software or hardware not
supplied by Paradigm, additional training after
initial installation or networking problems will
be billed at our hourly rate per 1/4 hour as set
in your contract.

Friday, except holidays.
