CompuWeigh/WeighStation Alerts Module

The Alerts module can send email or pager messages when specific events happen during daily transaction processing

Features:  

• Administrators can setup an unlimited number of alerts base on:
  • Site Code Ranges
  • Bill Account Ranges
  • Material Type Ranges
  • Vehicle Type Ranges
  • Origin Type Ranges
  • Destination Type Ranges
  • Payment Type Ranges
     
• You choose one or more people who will be notified with the alert message by selected from a list of users setup in CompuWeigh.
   
• The message is user-definable with tonnage and volume totals embedded in the text.
   
• Scalable - data can be sent through an unlimited number of networking levels.
   
• Example:  When incoming tonnage for Material type 1, 2 and 3 is greater than 2,000 tons for site 27 then send a message to the site supervisors pager and email account.  Continue sending the tonnage totals every 1/2 hour until 4:00pm.

Uses:

• Make sure that your site stays within permit compliance.
• Lets staff know when different material totals are reached.
• Keep staff informed of totals throughout the shift.
