Accessibility Statement
Paradigm Software®, L.L.C. is committed to improving digital accessibility and usability for all users, including individuals with disabilities. Accessibility is an ongoing part of our product development and continuous improvement efforts.
Accessibility Standards
Paradigm Software®, L.L.C. uses the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) as a primary framework for evaluating and improving the accessibility of applicable web-based products and digital content. Our current accessibility efforts generally target WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
Additional accessibility standards, contractual requirements, or regulatory requirements may apply depending on the product, customer, jurisdiction, and intended use. For non-web software and other information and communication technology, Paradigm Software®, L.L.C. considers applicable accessibility guidance and requirements appropriate to the technology and use case.
Accessibility Testing
Our accessibility testing includes a combination of automated and manual evaluation. Testing may include current versions of Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox on Windows 11, including testing with the NVDA screen reader.
Other browsers, operating systems, devices, and assistive technologies may also be compatible with our products but may not be included in our regular accessibility testing.
Accessibility Improvements
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. As our websites, software products, and digital content evolve, we periodically review them to identify and address accessibility barriers.
Our accessibility practices may include:
- Incorporating accessibility considerations into product design and development
- Evaluating applicable web interfaces against WCAG Level A and Level AA success criteria
- Using automated accessibility testing tools
- Conducting manual accessibility assessments
- Testing selected workflows using assistive technologies
- Reviewing accessibility as part of new development and product improvements
- Evaluating user feedback and reported accessibility concerns
- Prioritizing remediation based on user impact, severity, applicable requirements, and technical considerations

Some areas of our websites or software products may include content, services, components, or integrations provided by third parties that are not fully controlled by Paradigm Software®, L.L.C..
We encourage our vendors and partners to support accessible experiences; however, we cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party systems or content outside our direct control.
